What you can do

Review a contract

Paste the text, name the matter type (NDA, employment, vendor agreement, founder agreement, lease, and 35 more). legality returns the applicable Indian Acts and Sections plus structured analysis instructions. The AI grounds its review in the served statute corpus. Citations are by Act and Section, accurate by construction. No invented case law.

Draft a contract

Pick from authoritative Indian-law templates: NDA, vendor agreement, founder agreement, shareholders agreement, lease deed, premises license, employment, IP assignment, SaaS terms, digital marketing services, data processing agreement. Provide the parties and key terms. legality returns the draft grounded in the relevant statutes.

Talk to an advocate

When a matter warrants human review — high-stakes contracts, cross-border parties, regulatory exposure (FEMA, RBI, SEBI, data protection), employment non-compete enforceability, contract value over ₹10 lakh — legality surfaces Bar Council of India enrolled advocates whose practice areas cover the matter. You pick one. legality returns a Cal.com booking URL with your matter context pre-filled. The advocate gets a brief by email before the call. Consultation fee is invoiced separately by the advocate (V0: UPI or bank transfer).

Privacy and posture

Not a law firm. legality is an AI-assisted information surface built on attorney-vetted statutory resources. The AI analysis is general legal information, not legal advice. For binding advice, consult a Bar Council of India enrolled advocate.
Contract text is not stored. Submitted contract text is processed in memory for analysis. Only a sha256 hash plus character length is persisted. The plain text is never written to disk.
No referral commissions. Per Bar Council of India Rule 36, advocates are surfaced neutrally. legality is a directory, not a referral platform with kickbacks.
Government ID hashed at receive. If you submit a recommendation after a consultation, your government ID is hashed before storage. legality cannot reverse-resolve recommendations to you.
